Flood Determinations
Lenders are required to obtain Flood Determinations on newly mortgaged properties and monitor existing loans for possible changes in flood zone status that may occur when the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) re-maps or re-designates special flood hazard areas. McLeod County Abstract & Title Services offers Basic Determination and Life of Loan Tracking and Management to assure the careful monitoring of lender’s portfolios for changes that would require flood insurance placement through Stewart Mortgage Information. We even offer HMDA data on the Flood certification at no extra charge. Contact us and we can sign your company up or click on www.StewartFlood.com for more information.
